3. Terms & Conditions
1. The Driver shall use the vehicle strictly for the Company's assigned work — it must not be used for personal or any other purpose.
2. The Driver bears full responsibility for any traffic fine, legal violation, or accident occurring during the vehicle's use — the Company shall not be held liable.
3. Responsibility for the Oil Change lies with the party stated above, and must be carried out on schedule.
4. The Driver must inform the Company immediately in the event of any damage to the vehicle or an accident.
5. When the vehicle is returned, its condition will be assessed against the recorded photos; the Driver shall bear the cost of any new damage found.
6. The monthly rent must be paid on the agreed date each month; the Company may take necessary action in case of delay.
7. Both parties shall remain bound to comply with the prevailing Labor and Traffic Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
